AtoZ EduERP is operated and billed by AtoZ Cares. We collect only the information required to provide school ERP, SaaS account management, billing, support, parent/student access, notifications, and security.

Information we collect

School profile, admin contact details, student/parent/staff records, attendance, fees, invoices, payment status, support messages, device/session data, and audit logs may be stored when the school uses the platform.

How we use data

Data is used to run ERP modules, authenticate users, generate reports, process payments, send notifications, prevent abuse, maintain security, and meet legal/accounting obligations.

Payments and billing

Payment processing may be handled by Razorpay or other configured gateways. We store transaction references, invoice/tax details, and billing information required for support and compliance. Full card/bank credentials are not stored by us.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with service providers such as payment gateways, email/SMS providers, hosting infrastructure, and legal authorities where required.
