AtoZ EduERP is a school/college ERP SaaS product operated and billed by AtoZ Cares. By using the platform, the institution agrees to these terms.

Use of service

The institution is responsible for accurate data entry, user access control, consent/authorization for student and parent data, and compliance with applicable education, privacy, and accounting laws.

Accounts and security

Admins must keep login credentials secure. Role-based permissions should be assigned carefully. Misuse, unauthorized access, scraping, or attempts to bypass security controls are prohibited.

Plans and billing

Features are provided according to the active plan, trial, subscription status, and enabled modules. Taxes, invoices, and payment receipts are issued under AtoZ Cares where applicable.

Availability

We aim to provide reliable service, but maintenance, hosting/provider outages, internet issues, or force majeure events may affect availability.
